That’s right! We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Whenever your plumbing issue arises, whether it’s in the middle of the night, over the weekend, or on a major holiday, we will get to you fast and get things stabilized. Even if we can’t complete a repair until stores open again, we’ll make sure that no more damage will occur until we can make the fix.
Emergency Plumbing Issues
Our emergency plumber is happy to come out and help you with any plumbing issues that come up, whenever they come up. However, most people call us for the following problems:
- A major leak. If you have had a pipe freeze or you find water pouring out of a joint in your pipes, you need to get things fixed fast. We’ll take care of the problem so you can get back to your normal life.
- A broken pipe. If a pipe bursts suddenly or you break one during a home improvement project, we’ll get things patched up fast so you don’t have to worry about water pouring into your home anymore.
- A sewer backup. When all of the drains stop or sewage starts pouring into your house, you can’t wait to get things fixed. We’ll find the problem and get it out fast so you can use your plumbing again.
Before You Call
If you have a leak or a broken pipe, turn off the main water valve to your house before you call us. This will limit the water damage that occurs before we can get there. This valve is usually in your basement or garage, in your utility closet, or outside near an exterior faucet. Simply turn it all the way to the right and don’t try to use water while it’s shut off. Then call Quail Services for emergency plumbing help!
Once that’s done, pick up the phone and call Quail Services’ emergency plumber immediately. We’ll arrive fast, assess the situation, then apply our years of experience to get it fixed quickly. Before long, your home will be back in perfect working order and you can get on with your life.
